 Successful turnaround thanks to 3 pillars: restructuration of activities, new development strategy and HR and operating costs killing. Come back to the breakeven point in 2008 (vs € 800K losses) and stay at this level during the local economic crisis period (2008-2014) then since 2015, starting profit growth.
 Quality ISO 9001 certification passed in 2009 and Food safety ISO 22 000 in 2011.
 Acquisition of the company Polynésie Froid in 2009 (100% affiliate to SDA), Cooling systems for domestic, industrial, automotive and retail markets:
o About fifteen employees for € 2,5M turnover.
o Average of 50% of sales growth since the acquisition.
o ISO 9001 certification passed in 2011.
 Private equity operations (total amount > € 2M): 3 acquisitions (Polynésie Froid, Mokador Cofee, O’pure water fontains) and 2 cessions (home repair service Habitec, electronic system for gates FAAC).
