Responsible of designing and deploying connected vehicles end-to-end solutions for automotive manufacturers as part of Connected Vehicle Cloud (CVC): Telematics, Service management, Fleet management, Over-the-Air updates, C-V2X AD/ADAS, Connectivity management (including subscription management and connectivity orchestration).

 Leading technical solution response for call for tenders for large OEMs
 Holding technical presentations and tailored customers offers
 Analyzing customer technologies and needs, and translating into technical specifications
 Conducting technical studies to design new solution capabilities and implementing PoCs
 Driving end-to-end technical solutions for the Connected Vehicle Cloud product roadmap

Digital Accelerator

Conducted the study, design, test and deployment of end-to-end IoT services in the frame of Airbus projects (Connected Aircraft, Manufacturing, Logistics and Facility Management): connected devices and sensors, indoor and outdoor localization solutions, and IoT networks (BLE, Sigfox, LoRa, NB-IoT, 4G LTE).

 Implemented and maintained a Device and Connectivity service catalogue
 Elaborated strategies, and performed hardware studies and radio frequency measurements, etc.
 Led the system architecture (software, hardware, network) and the end-to-end IoT services deployment:
o Technology watch and innovation topics
o Rapid prototyping using dev kits to quickly demonstrate the technical feasibility and added value
o Industrialization in line with the company standards (IT, security, strategy, sourcing, etc.)
 Ensured the internal and external communication, as well as best practices sharing with the IoT industry through conferences and events

Value Chain Visibility and Mobile solutions

Designed and implemented Internet of Things improved processes for Airbus customers.

Indoor & Outdoor localization system for Things
Tracking logistic means, tools and equipment between different manufacturing sites including storage areas using GNSS and BLE capabilities through Low Power networks to increase the assets visibility:

 Led and engaged in all project phases: business analysis, design, sourcing including call for tenders, integration, tests, deployment, legal, security, communication, etc.
 Carried out the network technologies evaluation and network base stations deployment
 Designed a map viewer application displaying the assets’ locations
 Specified, tested & integrated several connected devices and sensors for assets tracking and monitoring

Consulting projects for external and internal customers
Air France – Delta Air Lines – Singapore Airlines – TAP Portugal

 Managed the projects framework: contracts, sales, costing, and planning
 Involved throughout all project phases: business analysis, technical specifications, RFID hardware studies, supplier evaluation, tests, and solution deployment across the supply chain

Flight and Integration Test Centre

Conducted the business needs analysis and specifications of an extensive UHF RFID project to provide assets visibility and new configuration management capabilities for the flight test installations.

 Managed the project and transversal communication
 Led the process assessment: As-Is / To-Be workshops with Costs / Benefits analysis
 Carried out the RFID hardware study and implemented a Proof of Concept

Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Frequency department

Managed a project aiming at designing and deploying passive UHF RFID systems for tracking solutions in several car factories. Worked with RFID product manufacturers.

 Led the project and gathered the business requirements
 Conducted the RFID performance tests: reader and tag evaluations for the suppliers selection
 Integrated the RFID systems in the plants and performed radio frequency site studies

Research project – Schneider Electric, Angoulême (France)
 Managed a 5 person project team
 Designed HF RFID chip data model to record production data and Implemented a mock-up

University Projects
 Worked on programmable logic devices such as DSP, CPLD, FPGA using VHDL
 Designed and programmed an autonomous robot with PIC microcontrollers and CAN bus

Worked in an American fire station as a full-time career member for 3 months
